You have connected to the system but been denied access because your user name or password is not valid.

Try the following:

Verify your password. Check your user name and password. Remember that they are case sensitive.

Make sure you have entered the correct email address.

If you are working with Windows 98 or Windows ME, rename the .pwl files (password logon files), then try again.
